7.If the SCART connection is not successful,
connect the microphone. Simply plug the
3.5mm plug of the microphone cable into
the Mic socket on the transmitter (see Fig
5) and then

the microphone onto the TV
speaker, using the Velcro.
8.Remove the receiver from the base (or
from the Y patch lead) and fully insert the
Headset or Neckloop plug into the phone
jack .
9.Put on Headset or Neckloop; ensure the
yellow volume control is at ZERO The ON/
OFF LED will be off.
10.To listen to TV, turn the yellow volume
wheel to volume Number 1 and wait for
the sound to come through and then
adjust to a comfortable listening level (ON/
OFF LED will be green).
11.If the sound is not clear, change channel
using the switch at the back of the
transmitter.
12.When you are finished using the system,
turn the receiver off (the ON/OFF LED will
turn off).
13.Place the universal receiver back into the
charging cradle (see Fig 2). Or plug into
the Y patch lead to recharge.
