Before you start

Before you start

Assembly

Installing dusting device

1.  Remove pipe (3) from chemical tank and fan case. Plug two 

pipe connectors (2, 5) with rubber plugs (1, 4).

2.  Remove chemical tank assembly from the body.

3.  Loosen four screws (6) and separate chemical tank holders 

(7).

4.  Loosen hollow nut (10) and remove outlet nipple (11) from 

chemical tank. Plug the hole with rubber plug (12).

5.  Remove the pipe (14) from chemical tank cap, and tank bot

-

tom plate (9), pipes, filter (13) and related parts from the 

chemical tank. Keep these parts for misting device.

6.  Pile up chemical tank flange, shutter assembly(15) and low

-

er tank assembly (16), then hold with chemical tank holders 

(7) as shown and tighten four screws (6).

NOTE

For easier installation, set the chemical tank (17) upside 

down then put the shutter assembly (15) and lower tank as

-

sembly (16) on the chemical tank flange then assemble tank 

holders.
