Note:
Do not disconnect the power cord if the indicator light flashes during reboot. If the TV does not turn
on after the update, unplug the TV for 2 minutes and plug it in again. All updates are done automatically. If a
manual search is performed and no software is found, then it is the current version.
Troubleshooting and tips
TV won't turn on
Make sure the power cord is properly connected to the power outlet. Press the Standby button on the remote
control.
Bad image
•
Make sure you have tuned the TV correctly.
•
A poor picture can be caused by a weak signal. Please check the antenna connection.
•
If you have performed a manual tuning, check that you have selected the correct frequency.
No image
•
The TV is not receiving any signal. Make sure the correct input source has been selected.
•
Is the antenna connected correctly?
•
Is the antenna cable connected correctly?
•
Are the appropriate plugs used to connect the antenna?
•
If the content is received via the HDMI input, try changing the appropriate HDMI source input setting to
Advanced or Normal from the Source Settings option in the Sources menu or the Sources option in the
Settings > System
menu.
•
If in doubt, contact the dealer.
No audio
•
Check that the TV sound is not muted. To cancel the mute, press the Mute button or increase the volume.
•
Sound can only come from one speaker. Check the balance settings from the sound menu.
•
Check that the Sound Output option is set correctly in the Sound menu.
•
If the content is received via the HDMI input, try changing the appropriate HDMI source input setting to
Advanced or Normal from the Source Settings option in the Sources menu or the Sources option in the
Settings > System
menu.
Remote controller does not operate
•
The batteries may be dead. Replace old batteries with new ones.
•
Maybe the batteries are inserted incorrectly. See "Inserting batteries in the remote control"
No signal on input source
•
It is possible that no device is connected.
•
Check the AV cables and connections from the device.
•
Check that the device is switched on.

guarantee compatibility with future DVB broadcasts due to changes that may occur in broadcast signals and
technologies.
