• If a malfunction occurs during a normal use within a year after the date of purchase, we provide
repair service for free.
• The warranty period for accessories is 6 months from the date of purchase. (accessories: SD
card, cigar jack cable)
• In the cases of the following types of malfunctions, we charge a technical fee and part cost.
- If a malfunction occurs due to customer's negligence
- If a malfunction occurs due to a natural disaster(fire, quake, flooding, thunderbolt, etc.)
- If a malfunction occurs due to a bad power supply
- If a malfunction occurs due to improper device connection
- If a malfunction occurs after the user arbitrarily modified the device
• Consumer damage compensation standard
Consumer compensation for harm caused by the product follows the consumer damage
compensation regulations posted by the KCA.
