ED3022X Sync Instructions:
1.) Connect Red power and Black ground wires to power source.
2.) Connect White sync wires together.
3.) Turn on power to lights.
Option A:
Hold White sync wires to power for 5 seconds, lights will sync together and revert to first flash pattern.
Touch white sync wires to power for 5 seconds to cycle through flash patterns.
Option B:
With matching flash patterns selected, combine white sync wires for 3 seconds.
4.) Lights are now synced and can be installed.
5.) Although not required, to ensure all lights continue to be synced, keep sync wires connected.
Lights do not have alternate sync ability.
Installation:
Before installation, examine the LED heads for transit
damage. Do not use damaged or broken parts. Attach the
faceplate using the four (4) included screws.
Bracket Mount:
Drill a 7.7 mm or J sized hole into the surface the light is to be
attached. Remove the M8 hex nut and lock washer from LED
mount screw. Place mounting bolt through the 7.7 mm hole
and reattach the lock washer and nut. Torque nut to 18 ft-lbs
or 2.5 kgf-m.

Surface Mount:
Drill two 5.5 mm or 7/32” sized holes 50 mm apart into the
surface the light is to be attached to. Remove the phillips
head screws holding the U-mounting bracket to both sides of
the light. Remove the U-mount. Re-use these screws and at-
tach the light. Or select two M5-.8 screws that account for the
14mm deep tapped holes in the back of the light as well as
the mounting surface thickness with M5 washers. Attach the
screws through the 5.5 mm drilled holes and into the holes on
the back of the light.
