Troubleshooting:
The symptoms described below do not necessarily mean a failure within the display. Please check the following items first.
Symptoms

No picture
Check the AV cable for proper connection. Check for loose power or ground wires.
Dark picture
Low ambient temperature. Color settings need adjusted in menu.
No Color
Ambient light level is low and camera is in night mode. Color settings need adjusted in menu.
No Reversing Function
Loose trigger (brown) wire. Check connection to reverse lights.

camera is an EC2015-C, ensure the red
arrow sticker on the lens is pointing up after
camera is installed and secured
