This demonstrates how to use the PeerFinder, ProximityDevice, and PeerWatcher classes to
communicate with nearby devices.

Note: The minimum requirement for compiling the project will be running Visual Studio 2013 on
Windows 8.1 PC.
To install the C++ sample:
1.
Copy the compiled AppPackages directory in to DT-10
2.
On the tablet, select Settings > Update & security > For developers > Developer mode,
and then reboot the tablet.
3.
After the reboot, run PowerShell as Administrator
