8.3.2 How to ensure the mileage of electric vehicles
In view of the short mileage of electric vehicles, our company summarizes the
following reasons:
8.3.2.1 Due to operational reasons, the inappropriate tightness of the electric
vehicle brake system can easily lead to short mileage.
8.3.2.2 Insufficient tire pressure also leads to short mileage
8.3.2.3 Electric vehicles are not allowed to carry people and objects, and the
illegal operation leads to a short driving range.
8.3.2.4 The road conditions of electric vehicles are different, and drivers
frequently brake, resulting in short mileage.
8.3.2.5 As the weather gets colder, the battery capacity decreases, resulting in a
short driving range.
8.3.2.6 The speed of the electric vehicle is too fast, which increases the driving
current and reduces the mechanical efficiency, resulting in a short driving mileage. In
view of the above reasons, our company makes the following suggestions:
8.3.2.6.1 Debug the brake system according to the standard, so that the brake
system works in the most standard state (the distance between the front brake and the
rim should not be less than 2mm, and the flexibility of the rear brake should be
stronger)
8.3.2.6.2 According to the standard, the air pressure of the front and rear tires
should reach 280--450Kpa.
8.3.2.6.3 The normal load of the electric vehicle shall not be higher than 85kg
(including the weight of the riding).
8.3.2.6.4 On the premise of ensuring safety, frequent braking, starting, and
instantaneous acceleration should be minimized while driving, which wastes power;
when cyclists restart or climb a slope, please use pedals to save power; Pedals assist and
accelerate slowly, avoiding start-ups to save power and increase mileage.
8.3.2.6.5 When the speed of the electric vehicle is 20-25km per hour (in the
speed limit mode), the mileage can reach 35-45km in winter and 45-80km in summer.
