1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Before staring the appliance for the first time, check if the voltage stated on the devices’ rating plate
corresponds to the local mains voltage.
•
For household use only. Do not use for industrial purposes. Do not use the device for purposes other
than those described in this manual.
•
Place the device on a flat and stable surface.
•
Do not cover the device. Keep a distance from curtains and tablecloths. Risk of fire!
•
When placing the device under a table, make sure to keep the minimum 5 cm of free space between
the device and the table top.
•
Please note that blankets and other covers may block the heater.
•
Do not block the protective grilles of the appliance. Keep the distance from other appliances and
walls. Make sure that there are no loose objects, such as foil bags, near the device.
•
Place the device in such way to avoid risk of tipping over.
•
Do not place the power cord under rugs, tablecloths, etc. Lay the power cord in such a way as to
minimize the risk of tripping over it. Keep the cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
•
Do not twist and wrap the power cord around the device.
•
Always disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning.
•
The device should be placed near the grounded power socket. Avoid using extension cords. Risk of
overheating the device and causing a fire!
•
Do not place the device directly under the power socket.
•
Children should always be supervised in the vicinity of the heater. Make sure that children do not
play with the device. Children are not allowed to clean and maintain the device.
•
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or without experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in
the use of the devices by a person responsible for their safety.
•
Never use the appliance in case of noticing any damage to the appliance or electric cord, after
malfunction, being dropped or damaged in any other way.
•
Repairs of electrical devices may only be performed by qualified service centers.
•
Do not replace the electic cord. After noticing damage of electric cord, please contact the service.
•
Always disconnect the device from electric source before cleaning or moving the device.
