7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

Air does not come out of the
exhaust pipe.
- The tubing is leaking or kinked.
- The tubing outlet is blocked.
- Straighten the tubing or repla-
ce it with a new one.
Ozone does not come out of the
discharge tube.
The device is defective.
- Contact your dealer or service
center
The indicator light does not
come on.
Incorrect connection to the
power supply.
- Check the connection or plug
into a different outlet.
The device makes an unusual
noise.
- Too little water used for ozo-
nation. - Device shaking on the
ground.
- Top up water. Ozone dissolves
more easily when the water
level in the vessel is 20-40 cm.
The sterilization effect is then
better. - Place the device on a
flat surface.
WARNING!
This device is not designed for continuous operation. Before the next start it is necessary to take a
minimum 30 minute break.
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by too high ozone concentration in the room, which
results from incorrect selection of the operating mode of the device.

Keep the device clean with a damp cloth. Silicone tubing should be replaced regularly for optimal
performance.

10. UTILIZATION
