*5 In the case of inverter drive, be careful of the following points, and discuss the situation with the
manufacturer of the inverter used.
(1)
Ensure that the motor’s operating output is 90% or less of the rated output.
(2) Set the output frequency range at 60 to 95% of the mains power frequency.
(3) With inverter drive, magneto-sonic waves are produced by the motor, which may sound
quite harsh in comparison with mains power drive.
(4) Avoid a rotational speed range in which the pump and motor resonate during normal
operation.
*6 0.75 kW or higher models is cleared the Top Runner Standards.
*7 0.55 kW or less models is equivalent to premium efficiency (EBARA own setting).
