The Eaton xStorage 400 communicates to external devices using a secure cellular network. The
communication to external devices focuses primarily on remote monitoring by customers and the Demand
Response feature.
The communication to Eaton allows the customer to monitor system status and current telemetry or alter
energy service participation parameters. Reading and writing of parameters can be performed through the
associated Eaton PredictPulse dashboard or PredictPulse API. Information on remote monitoring can be found
