Fitting external device plugs SWD4-8SF2-5

The external device plugs for the SmartWire-DT ribbon
cables are used to connect the SmartWire-DT slaves.

Figure 37:

SmartWire-DT external device plug

On the basis of the position of the SmartWire-DT slave
determine where the first external device plug has to be
fastened to the ribbon cable.

Unused external device plugs must be fitted with the link
for the external device plug front (M22-SWD-SEL8-10).

Leave sufficient space between two external device plugs.
The cable loop that this creates simplifies subsequent
removal of a SmartWire-DT slave and ensures that no
strain is applied to the cable.
