Use in marine and offshore segments
The ResistTel telephone is certified for use in marine and offshore
segments by DNV-GL in accordance with IEC 60945 and DNVGL-CG-
0339 and is registered under the certificate no. TA00000RT.
The devices are classified as follows:

The following safety distances must be observed:
from a magnetic standard compass
from a magnetic steering compass
1.10 m (reduced 0.70 m)
0.70 m (reduced 0.45 m)
In bridge mode, the maximum, prescribed ring tone volume of
75-85 dB(A) may not be exceeded. This is fulfilled with the level
4 ring tone volume.
The ring tone volume can be adjusted in the main menu as follows:
