5. OPERATING YOUR

5.1. Control Panel operation features
The switch located on the right side of the handle control cover (Fig. 6/1),
will turn the power of the
Easy
Light Deluxe
ON or OFF.
NOTE:
Turn your
Easy Light Deluxe
switch to the OFF position when not in
use in order to conserve battery power, and prevent unintentional operation.
The top speed may be adjusted by turning the Speed-adjusting knob (fig
6/3). By turning the knob to the HI position, your
Easy Light Deluxe
top
speed will be up to 6kph/3.7mph. When the knob is set to the Lo position,
the speed will be reduced to a slow crawl, ideal for less experienced driv-
ers and for operating indoors.
5.2. Indicator Light (Fig. 6/4)
Indicator light steady
- This indicates that all is well.
Indicator light flashes slowly
- The controller is functioning cor-
rectly but batteries should be charged as soon as possible. The Bat-
tery Gauge (Fig. 6/5) shows the charge that is left
