WHAT TO DO
My screen is black
The SmartStick is not starting up
Make sure that the Power Supply is connected to a wallsocket
delivering 230 Volt. Make sure that DC power from the Power
Supply is properly connected to your SmartStick. Correct
power is indicated by a Blue LED on the SmartStick.
My remote does not work
No cursor on my screen
Make sure that the fresh batteries has been inserted in the Air
Remote. Make sure that the small USB dongle receiver is con-
nected to the USB port on the SmartStick.
My remote is unstable
Gyro On/Off etc
Be sure to read the Guide included in the box. It clearly states
the functionalities of all the buttons ... the Gyro On/Off and
the OK button etc.
WiFi is not available
I can’t connect to my wireless network
Make sure your Wi-fi is turned on and you have the correct
code. If the Wi-fi signal is low, try to place your SmartStick,
so it is not situated directly behind your television. Use the
included HMDI extension cable. Another option is to relocate
the SmartStick-antenna.
I received a damaged box
My SmartStick box is damaged
If you received your SmartStick in poor condition or with
transportation damages, please contact the point of purchase
and they will take care of it.
