Before use
Turn off your car engine and all other devices or accessories on the electrical system of your car
and wait 5 minutes before using the Power Jump.
•
This product is only suitable for use on engines up to 1600cc and with less than 12V electrical
supply
•
The Power Jump only works on fl at batteries not on completely dead and damaged batteries. To
fi nd out if your battery is still in the condition of being reactive, just need to simply plug the Car
Adaptor into the 12V electrical outlet of your car e.g. cigarette lighter and press ON button on top
the Car Adaptor. The button is also an indicator light. If it lights up it means your battery is low but
able to function with the Car Adaptor.

If the car battery is damaged and continuously loses its charge, even after re-charging, then it may
not be able to recharge or start-up correctly from the Power Jump
Instruction for use
•
Turn the car key to the ACC position, which is used to activate the electrical accessories in your
car such as headlights, windows, horn, etc. Consult your vehicle manual for more detail. Make
sure lights, wipers, internal lights, & any other electrical system (e.g. radio) are turned off.
•
Connect one side of the Car Adaptor cable to the Power Jump and then plug the adaptor into the
12V socket in your car. Press the ON button.
•
Allow the Power Jump to complete the charge transfer to the car battery for 15 minutes. Please do
not pump the accelerator during charging.
•
After 15 minutes, press the ON button again to turn the Power Jump off and disconnect from the
socket.
•
NOW START THE CAR ENGINE (please do not step on the petrol pedal)
•
The Power Jump is pre-charged. Charge can be maintained for up to 3 years and will
provide 3 uses.
•
Use only as described in this instruction manual.
WARNING
•
The power jump only works on fl at batteries. It will not work on damaged batteries.
•
The power jump may not work on old or expired batteries.
•
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
•
Keep out of the reach of children.
•
Do not press the ON button until after the 12V adaptor had been connected to the 12V socket.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of all paper, cartons, spent batteries and plastic in accordance with your local recycling
regulations. At the end of the product’s lifespan please dispose of it at an authorised household waste
recycling centre.
