Work Area Safety
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating the weed burner. Distractions can cause
you to lose control.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the weed burner.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not expose weed burner to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
• When operating weed burner outdoor, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of
a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric tools, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the
risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Read all these instructions before attempting to
operate this product and save these instructions.
Check the following:
• Make sure the voltage of the appliance corresponds with the power voltage;
• Are the mains lead and the mains plug in a good state: strong, without ravels or damage.
• This appliance should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power source.
• Do not use the weed burner or touch the power plug with wet hands. Failure to observe this may result in
electric shocks.
• Do not point the hot air directly at people or animals. Do not look into the nozzle. Failure to observe this may
result in accidents or injury
• Disconnect the unit from the power supply and allow it to cool before cleaning, maintenance or storage.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Make sure the unit has cooled down completely and is unplugged.
• Use a damp cloth to clean
• Do not use cleaning agents such as benzine, alcohol, ammonia, etc.
These substances attack the plastic parts.
• Do not immerse the whole unit in the water
