Thank you for purchasing the Eco-Car Dehumidifier.
In-car condensation is a nuisance. It restricts your vision and can also cause rust,
mildew and that musty damp smell. This eco-friendly dehumidifier sorts the problem
out in an ingeniously simple fashion. The fabric outer cover is filled with 1kg of
activated bentonite, which absorbs up to 60% of its weight in moisture, helping
to prevent the inside of windows getting misted or iced-over in winter. Practical,
economical and durable, after about two months you can dry it on a radiator or in an
oven and it’s restored to as-new efficiency. Includes fixings to hold it firmly in place
whether on carpet or hard surfaces.
BEFORE USE
Remove from outer packaging. Dispose of the packaging according to the local recycling regulations.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Position the dehumidifier where condensation builds up most. For attachment to carpets, use only the
velcro strip sewn on to the dehumidifier. For attachment to smooth surfaces use both pieces of velcro by
removing the film and position on a smooth, dry and dust free surface. To regenerate dry on a radiator
(approx 24 hours) or preheat oven to 80˚C, when upto temperature place the Eco-Car Dehumidifier
directly on the oven shelf and heat for an hour. Store in a dry and ventilated area, away from fire and heat.
We recommend that you dry out the product every 6 weeks.
CAUTION! PRODUCT WILL BE HOT AFTER HEATING.
LEAVE TO COOL FOR 10-20 MINUTES BEFORE HANDLING
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the Eco-Car Dehumidifier, basic precautions should always be followed,
which include the following:
1. Keep out of reach of children.
DO NOT
let children play with the product or any outer packaging.
2.
DO NOT
use if the outer bag is damaged, and never allow the contents to leak out.
3.
NEVER
touch the contents of the bag, which contains Bentonite, and may cause burning if in contact
with skin or eyes. In the event of this, immediately flush the affected area with cold, clean water and
seek medical assistance if the burning persists.
4.
NEVER
ingest the contents of the bag. If this occurs, seek immediate medical treatment.
5.
DO NOT
place in microwave. Only dry on a radiator (approx 24 hours) or in an oven (do not position
by naked flame, max 1 hour at 80˚C)
6.
DO NOT
expose the product to a naked flame.
7.
DO NOT
cover the product.
DO NOT
use where there may be contact with food.
8.
DO NOT
position in any place which may potentially obstruct the driver.
