Place the appliance back in the charging station after each use so it is always ready for
operation.
− If you wish to store the appliance for a longer period (more than four weeks),
please charge the appliance fully.
− Disconnect it from the power supply after charging.
You can store the appliance for at least three months. You can also fold the handle
forward to save space.
− To do this, press the handle unlocking mechanism

Troubleshooting
If the appliance malfunctions, please check fi rst whether you can fi x the problem
yourself with the help of the following overview.
Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Contact our Service Centre or another
suitably qualifi ed workshop if repairs are necessary.

The vacuum cleaner is
not working
− Battery not charged suffi ciently
The suction power has
become weak
− Suction tools are blocked. Switch off appliance. Remove
blockage.
− Dust fi lter is dirty. Clean dust fi lter.
The vacuum cleaner
makes strange noises
during operation
− Switch the vacuum cleaner off immediately. Suction
tool is blocked. Remove blockage.
The charge indicator
LED does not light up
during charging
− The protective stickers on the contacts on the rear of
the handheld vacuum cleaner have not been removed.
Remove stickers.
The charge indicator
LED fl ashes red and
the vacuum cleaner is
not charging.
