Assemble base tubes (C) to bottom frames (B1 & B2) using screw (F)
with wrench (J). Assemble the bottom section by attaching horizontal
bars (D) to bottom frames (B1& B2) using screws (E). Leave screws
loose at this point, they will be tightened later.
