Assemble The Litter Tray

11

.1 

Assemble the litter tray using 3/4˝ x 1 1/2˝ and 3/4˝ x 2 1/2˝ pressure-treated lumber and 5/8˝ 

plywood. You will need one board cut to 4´-1/2˝, one board cut to 8 3/4˝, one board cut to 1´-8 1/4˝, one 

board cut to 6 1/2˝, one board cut to 2´-4 3/4˝ and one board cut to 1´-8 1/4˝. Assemble the frame and 

put the 1´-5 1/2˝ x 4´-1/2˝ plywood sheet at the bottom. Finish the tray installation by attaching 6˝ door 

pull.

Connect the beams and plywood with 2˝ wood screws.
