• Lift the plasma table up and remove the crate base from underneath.
Fasten the legs with leveling feet using the included M10 Socket Cap
Screws and tighten to 22 foot-pounds (30 Nm).
• Install the ball drain valve and utilize the included PTFE tape on the
threads to ensure it does not leak.
• Assemble the plasma cutter rack sides to the base with the included
M5x10 Round Cap Screws and Nuts. The base sets inside of the
sides

• Fasten the plasma cutter rack assembly to the mounting flanges on
the table bottom with the included M8x16 Socket Cap Screws and
Nuts. Tighten to 20 foot-pounds (28 Nm). The sides set inside of the
mounting flanges

• Unmount the base of the Control Panel Mount and remount it 180°
facing outward for operation.
• Install the included slats. Use of a mallet or hammer may be
necessary to fully seat them.

PINCH AND CRUSH HAZARD!
The Eastwood Elite 4 x 4 Plasma Table is a heavy
assembly 974 lbs. [442kg.] which can cause serious
injuries if allowed to drop. The use of a forklift, crane,
hoist or similar mechanical lifting equipment capable
of lifting a minimum of 1000lbs [454kg.] is required.
Lifting straps or fork extensions rated for a minimum
of 1000lbs [454kg.] are required (not included).
