1. Information
Rotary Heat Press for Ribbon / Lanyard ROT series is suitable for thermal transferring on various ribbon &
garment which can be ironed and pressed, without limitation of width.
Feeding and collecting rolls and clothing pieces in parallel by roll-to-roll system without drifting the materials
to left or right.
Blanket can be separated from oil tank easily.
These are unique feature of ROT machine as below.
1. 3 unwind shafts, 2 rewind shafts, rewind shaft for Ribbon collection available.
2. Transfer pressure Controlled by Piston.
3. Machine auto off.
4. Felt coverage at least 70%.
5. Controllable Silicon Solid State Relay (Controlling Temperature Precisely)
6. Fabric/Transfer Paper/Tissue Paper Tension Controlled by tensioner and tension bars.
7. Stable and accurate temperature reading.
8. Filling Oil Drum to 100% Full (Saving 30% Power)
Accurate oil drum temperature and transfer speed help operator to find the most optimum transfer
parameters. Felt coverage is at least 70%, which increases transfer speed and reduce heat loss.
Auto Power off. It makes this machine to be much more user-friendly, it allows operator setting the time of off,
turn off heat manually and turn off main motor automatically after work finished, no need to wait for the oil
drum cooling down. It safes 2 hours at least per day for operator.
Notice:
when it’s time to power auto off, it requests to set the correct time on timer (2 hours for cooling) and turn off
‘Heating’ and ‘Power on/off’ to active the timer, belt will keep moving, it will cut off the power and the main
motor will be shut down automatically.
Ensure the belt running stable/not drifting, the balance of felt can be adjust by the bolts on both end of
balance shaft.
