Turn around the heating roller until the hole (80) stops at bottom of the drum. Prepare a vessel below the
hole, unscrew the bolt on the hole and use a plastic tube to release the oil.
After oil released entirely, screw this bolt on the hole tightly, then turn the hole (80) to the top side of the
drum.
Unscrew the bolt on the hole (81) and use a funnel to fill new oil. There is roughly 60kg oil for RTR-1700.
After filling oil finished, screw the bolt on the hole(81), then heat up the oil to 100 Celsius degree, unscrew
bolt a little bit to release hot air for a while. Then tighten it.
After hot air released, screw the bolt, rise oil to 150oC, unscrew bolt a little bit to release hot air for a while.
Then tighten it.
Please use big spanner to screw/unscrew the bolt, be careful when unscrew the bolt A while oil temperatures
is higher, don’t face to the hole, and just stand on side of hole.
