Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Remove all parts from the box and place on the ground. Inspect the
rubber tire and make sure that the side with 3 evenly spaced holes is
facing UP (see page 3 for additional clarification.)
2. Remove the plastic wrapping from the
swing chains. Unscrew the lock nut from
each of the swing chains and remove the
metal washers. Place the tire eye bolts
through the top of the tire, placing one eye
bolt into each of the 3 pre-drilled holes, as
shown to the right.
3. The eye bolts will need to be secured from the inside of the tire.
Place the metal washer that was removed in the prior step back onto
the eye bolt, and secure it with the lock nut that was previously
removed. Tighten the lock nut with a wrench until snug. Repeat this
step for the remaining two eye bolts.
4. Your tire swing is now complete! Attach the tire swing to your
backyard swing set using the hardware of your choice. We recommend
purchasing 3 snap hooks and the Eastern Jungle Gym Heavy-Duty Tire
Swivel for 360 degree swinging and tons of fun!
