Recover Mode for
Sleep
If you sleep well but wish to use the device
for overall improvement in health.
This Mode is generally not
to be used if you have a
sleep disorder
Sleep 1
If you sleep well but wish to experience
deeper and more rejuvenating sleep with
faster onset.
Note 1
Sleep 2
If you have a minor sleep disorder, i.e. it is
not a chronic problem.
Note 2
Sleep 3
If you have a chronic sleep disorder.

Sleep 4
If you are extremely sleep deprived or
highly stressed

This can be used only under guidance
from our Customer Care. Hence, kindly
ignore at this stage.

Note 1
– Observe the results of Sleep 1 for one week. . If you get deeper and better sleep, you
can continue with this Mode. If not, switch to Sleep 2 for about one week. As your sleep gets
regulated, gradually switch back to Sleep 1.
Note 2
– Observe the results of Sleep 2 for one week. If you get deeper and better sleep, you can
continue with this Mode. If not, switch to Sleep 3 for about one week. As your sleep gets
regulated,scale down, step by step from Sleep 3 to 2 to1.
Note 3
– Observe the results of Sleep 3 for one month or less. As your sleep patterns improve,
gradually scale down,step by step from Sleep 3 to 2 to 1.If there is no improvement, scale up to
Sleep 4 for about one week, and then based on the improvements, gradually scale down,step by
step from Sleep 4 to 3 to 2 to 1.
Note 4
– If you are extremely sleep deprived and highly stressed, start with Sleep Mode 4 for two
weeks. As your sleep patterns improve, gradually scale down,step by step from Sleep 3 to 2 to 1.
Important Note -- It is recommended that, irrespective of which Sleep Mode you start with, over a period of
time you should gradually scale it down, step by step to Recover -Mode.
