Check table warmer frequently to ensure it is NOT bunched or folded as this could cause excess heat

If your table warmer does not function properly, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer

Regularly inspect the cord, plug, power supply and table warmer for damages. If damaged, discontinue use
immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.

If using an adjustable height massage table, make sure the cord cannot be caught.
•
Pad should NOT hang over the edge of massage table.
•
Do not leave disabled persons, infants, or young children unattended while in use.
•
Long applications on the high setting can result in skin irritation or burns.
•
Keep control unit away from open windows.
•
Do not pierce with sharp objects.
•
Use table warmer only on an alternating current supply circuit of correct voltage.
•
Keep the flexible power supply and switch (as much as possible) off the top of the table.
•
Unplug the unit at the power outlet when not in use.

DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! Cleaning liquids can deteriorate the insulation and/or covering of the heating unit.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH, MACHINE DRY, OR IRON.
•
SPOT CLEAN ONLY - see instructions below.
1. Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to “Off” and the plug is removed from the wall socket.
2. Sponge the soiled area using lukewarm water and mild detergent or soap.
3. Follow with a sponging of clean water. To remove excess water, compress the wet area between
dry absorbent towels.
Spot Cleaning Instructions

Fold neatly and loosely, without sharp bends in the heating element.
•
DO NOT place objects on top of you massage table warmer.
•
DO NOT ROLL.

To avoid damaging your table warmer, carefully read and follow the instructions

Hassle-Free One Year Warranty
Our accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to
product repair or replacement, at Earthlite’s sole discretion. Warranty claims must provide proof of purchase in
order to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact Earthlite customer service at (760)
599-1112 to obtain warranty support. Earthlite may require, at its discretion, customer to ship the product(s) back
to the factory (at customer’s expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, shipping
prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the
continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties
and taxes.

1. Remove cover from the table warmer.
2. Machine wash on cold water and tumble dry, low setting.
3. (Can also follow above “spot cleaning instructions” for the fleece cover as needed.)
