Remove the air cap retaining ring, air cap
and pattern selector. Remove the fluid tip
and needle. Using a small stiff cleaning
brush or paperclip, clean underneath the
needle chamber. Check the hole is clear by
turning the gun upside down and looking
down the air inlet. Before reassembly,
grease the fluid tip and needle. Reassemble
the gun.
