Choose output port NC/NO according to actual needs, then connect it and port
COM to the certain lift control system input port.
REMARK:
If the lift control module is installed at the end of the vertical bus, it needs to set the match switch. Operation
way: set the SW1 to be ON.
If there are more than 1 lift control module in the system, it needs to set the order switch SW2. Operation way:
Set both 1 and 2 on SW2 OFF: 1st to 16th floor.
Set 1 OFF and 2 ON: 17th to 32th floor.
Set 1 ON and 2 OFF: 33rd to 48th floor.
Set both 1 and 2 ON: 49 to 64 floor.
Indicator:
The yellow lights on V-UP and V-DOWN ports: They
are off at standby state.When there’s communication,
they shall flicker.
The green lights would be on at standby state. When they are flickering every 1 second, it means the
communication on vertical bus is abnormal. When they are flickering 3 times every second, it indicates that
the voltage on the vertical bus is too low(It can check the power load status when install the system, the green
lights do not flicker at standby state, and will flicker quickly when there’s communication.). When the green
lights flick every 3 seconds, it means that the communication is abnormal and the voltage is too low.
Short press K1 button(on PCBA) to do communication self-checking, if it
’s normal, the yellow lights will flicker
a few times.
Long press K1 button(on PCBA) to do self-checking of lift control output: all reply will be active one by one,
and call the lift from 1st to 16th floor.
6. Installation
(1) Surface mounted
Fix the lift control module with fixing screws and expansion bolts.
