MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

Read all of this manual to become thoroughly familiar with this vehicle. Pay particular attention to all Notices, Cautions, Warnings, and Dangers.

LUBRICATION

Do not use more than three (3) pumps of grease in any grease fitting at any one time. Excess grease may cause

grease seals to fail or grease migration into areas that could damage components.

Putting more than three pumps of grease in a grease fitting could damage grease seals and cause premature bearing fail-
ure.

SPARK PLUGS

Use care not to over-tighten the plug. Over-tightening can cause damage to the aluminum cylinder head threads.

Remove and inspect the spark plug at intervals indicated in the Periodic Service Schedule (Ref. Periodic Service

Schedule on page -56). Spark plug should be properly gapped . Tighten to 16 ft. lbs. (22 Nm) torque
