Adjusting the Brakes
The Brakes on the EW-SCOOTER should come fully adjusted from the factory.
However, it may be necessary to adjust the brakes from time to time.
The brakes may squeak before they are broken in. This is normal and will not
affect the function or performance of the brakes. With continued use the
squeak should go away.
Squeaky Brakes
TIRE AND WHEELS
The EW-SCOOTER is equipped with resin tires. To avoid un-necessary
damage to the rear tire, do not apply the brakes when going full speed allowing
the rear tire to lock up and drag as it will cause un-even wear on the rear tire
and is not covered under warranty when abused in this manor.
Replacement tires can be obtained at your local EW-SCOOTER dealer,
through motorcycle shops, or from the ELECTRIC WHEELS website at
ELECTRICWHEELSTORE.COM
To adjust the rear brakes:

slight drag.
