Both the E7 and the E8 are set by default to zero start mode which means the motor will start as soon as you press the gas
accelerator, even when the scooter is stationary.
NON - Non-zero start mode
(must be kick-started)
ZERO - zero start mode
(motor start even when the scooter is stationary)
