13. TROUBLESHOOTING

** ERROR CODES 

E1 – Overcurrent protection – This error appears 

when the scooter is accelerated, and the engine is 

not allowed to function for more than 4 seconds. 

The E1 error disappears when you release the

 acceleration lever.   

E2 – Communication error in the

 control block. This error clears when interacting with

 the scooter, resetting the communications. (for 

example, the error can clear when you accelerate or you 

use the braking system)   

E3 – Overvoltage error-  This error appears when the battery is not operating within 

the normal parameters (for example if you accelerate while you are riding down a 

slope). The E3 error clears when the battery is brought back within normal parame

-

ters. Turn the scooter off and on to help the battery get back to normal parameters.  

E4 - Communication error between the controller and the display. Please send the 

scooter to the nearest authorized service.

Waste disposal of the packaging 

The packaging used to protect the scooter during transport is totally recyclable. For 

recycling information, please contact your local authorities.
