All warranties are tracked through the original
order number and/or serial number. Please have
this information available when you contact us.
If you purchased this product at a retail store and
must return or exchange it, consult your cash regis-
ter receipt for the stores return policy.
To return a product to e.Digital for repair or
replacement during the warranty period, you must
obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authoriza-
tion) number from e.Digital. The RMA number and
the return shipping address will be provided to you
by a Customer Support Representative. Please
include your RMA number on the label at the time
of shipping. No returns will be accepted without an
RMA number.

All returns require proper packaging, preferably in
the original carton. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer. We encourage you
to insure the package for full retail value with the
carrier when it is shipped, and to make sure ade-
quate tracking is available. e.Digital cannot be held
liable for product damages or losses incurred dur-
ing transit.
