Before first using
:
●Remove all packing material.
●Clean the unit before using it for the first time (see CLEANING AND CARE)
●There can be some smells when using it for the first time. Residues left over from
the
manufacturing process are being burned on the grill plate.
OPERATION
●Prepare first the stuff to be grilled (clean, marinate, apply spices, and if necessary, a
thin
layer of oil or fat). Please let moist foodstuffs dry.
●
Caution
: First, place the stuff to be grilled and only then connect the mains plug
with a
plug point. Otherwise, the unit would heat up too much,
●Place the stuff to grill at the center. Do not use any metallic or sharp-edged tools.
Then could damage the unit.
●Place the stuff to grill at the center of the baking plate. Because the heating power
is higher
there.
●Plug the main plug into a suitable socket.
●
Caution: The unit becomes very hot during operation! Touch it only at the
handle.
●You can terminate the grilling process any time by pulling
out the mains plug.
●
Always pull out the mains plug, when the Gillig operation is over.
