Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.

Remove the fuel tank cover.

Lift the fuel tank up or remove.

Mount the SFM in the tail section next to the PCV using the supplied velcro.
Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching.

Plug the CAN cable into 1 of the ports of the SFM and the other end into 1 of
the ports of the PCV.

Plug the CAN termination plug (plastic) into any one of the remaining open
ports of the SFM or PCV.Route the SFM harness down the left side of the bike.

Route the SFM harness down the left side of the bike.
8
Unplug the stock wiring harness from the UPPER injectors (Fig. B).
These are the WHITE connectors closest to the air box.

Plug the SFM harness in-line of the stock wiring harness and each injector
(Fig. C).
SFM harness:
ORANGE - cylinder #1
YELLOW - cylinder #2
GREEN - cylinder #3
BLUE - cylinder #4
