シリーズ
は、ひずみゲージ式センサー（

出力・ダイニスコ製樹脂圧力センサー）用のアンプ（信
号変換器）であり、圧力値に対して、電気出力を２点（電圧出力と
電流出力）得られます。
ダイニスコ製樹脂圧力センサー専用の校正スイッチ
(CAL SW)
を備
えています。ボタンを押すと発生する擬似入力（標準で入力定格の
80%
）に合わせて、出力を校正できます。
設置：
前頁の外形寸法図を参照して下さい（

レール取付式）。
結線：
前頁の端子結線図を参照して下さい。
校正（ゼロ・スパン調整）は、必ず昇温後（運転温度）に無負荷の
状態で行って下さい。

Caution
The versatile model SJ600H signal conditioner accepts
an input from strain gage sensors, especially Dynisco
pressure transducers with low level output (mV/V),
and provides dual outputs.
See the figures in the fromt page.
At operating temperature make sure zero pressure
input is applied.
Output #1 (Voltage) - Zero Adjustment
Rotate [ZERO] pot Adjustment until "zero in" the out
between Terminals [9]&[10] at 0 or 1 V DC.
*Note: Optional Model SJ600H-U4-WZ has Wide Zero
adjustment range. Adjust coarse zero at [Wide Zero]
first, then fine zero at [Zero]. The [Wide Zero] does
not work, unless model has ...-WZ option.
Output #1 (Voltage) - Span Adjustment
Push and hold the [CAL SW] Swich on, Rotate [SPAN]
pot Adjustment, unitl the output between Terminals
[9]&[10] becomes equal to 80% (if standard) of output
Range, listed below.
Output 0-10V: CAL= 8.0V
Output 0-5V: CAL= 4.0V
Output 1-5V: CAL= 4.2V
Output 0-2V: CAL= 1.6V
Output #2 (Current) - Zero Adjustment
Rotate [4mA] pot Adjustment unitl zero in the
out between Terminals [7]&[8] at 4mA.
Output #2 (Current) - - Span Adjustment
Push and hold the [CAL SW] Swich on, Rotate [20mA]
pot Adjustment, unitl the output between Terminals
[7]&[8] becomes equal to 80% (if standard) of output
Range (i.e. 16.8mA).
Output adjustment must be done in the order of
OUTPUT #1 first, then OUTPUT #2. Otherwise,
Output #2 is effected by the adjustment of Output #1.
