6.- MAINTENANCE:
1. Do not hold the transceiver directly by the antenna.
2. Clean the dust from the transceiver with a clean, soft cloth.
3. Install the MIC/SP jack cap when not using a micro-headset.
4. After long time use, the keys, controls and the case shell can easily get dirty. Use a
humidity cloth with a neutral product for cleaning; do not use alcohol or solvents
cleaning products.
7.- GETTING STARTED:
7.1.- INSTALLING / REMOVING THE BATTERY PACK:
1. Install the battery pack in the rear to the transceiver and lock by the latch.
Note:
- The battery isn´t fully charged after purchasing, please charge it completely
before use.
2. To remove the battery pack, release the latch and slide the battery along the
transceiver case.
