HOW TO REPLACE FRONT WHEELS

Remove the Axle Cap with a flat head screwdriver.
Remove the M10 locknut with a 17mm socket wrench.
Remove the Ø10 washer.
Remove the wheel, then replace with a new one and make sure the Ø10 bushing
sits inside the wheel.
Remount the Ø10 washer, M10 locknut and securely tighten the wheel; then
re-insert the axle cap.
