Note: Do not completely tighten each
bolt one at a time. Rather, please
alternate tightening each bolt until
they are all completely and evenly
tightened.
4. Attach figure-8-shaped plastic clips
onto the handlebar steerer tube as
shown.
Charging the Battery
Required components: Charger
Your electric scooter may not have a fully charged battery. Therefore the battery must
be charged prior to use.
Initial battery charge time – Approximately 18 hours, and never charge the battery
longer than 30 hours.
•
Recharges after initial charge - Up to 12 hours, and, again, never charge the
battery longer than 30 hours.
•
Run time: Up to 40 minutes of continuous ride time on a full charge.
•
Average battery life: 250 charge / discharge cycles.
Warnings:
•
When the scooter is not in regular use, the batteries need to be charged on a
monthly basis in order to maximize performance.
•
Turn off power switch when not in use.
•
Batteries may become damaged and no longer accept a charge if the power
switch is left in the ON position when not in use.
•
Fully charge battery before putting the scooter in storage.
