OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Safety Guidelines
• Refer to the “Troubleshooting Section” on Pages 27 and 28 for operational problems.
•
DO NOT keep the lid closed for more than one minute when the grease tray flywheel is completely
open. This will create an unsafe condition and may cause bodily harm and damage to your
appliance.
•
DO NOT USE CHARCOAL
. This appliance is not designed for use with charcoal or similar
combustible fuels and a fire will result if charcoal is used during operation. The fire will create an
unsafe condition and damage the appliance. Use ONLY wood pellets designed for use with this
appliance.
•
DO NOT
use lighter fluid, petrol, gasoline, kerosene or any flammable liquids or gels, to start or
accelerate a fire.
• In order to maintain optimal performance, cleaning the smoker after each use is highly
recommended. Wait until the appliance has completely cooled before cleaning. Refer to the Care
and Maintenance section on Page 26.
CONTROL PANEL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
– Turns appliance on and off
– FEED - Engages the auger for delivering pellets to the fire pot.
– Insert for Probe 1 (Left Side) & Probe 2 (Right Side). The temperature for each probe is
shown on the control panel display when probes are in-use.

Keep hands, fingers, loose jewelery or loose clothing away from the auger.
Use care when operating your appliance.
To avoid possible flare-ups or grease fires, clean the grease pan before use.
Read and follow all the information and safeguards in this product guide before attempting
to assemble or operating this appliance.
DO NOT manually add pellets to the firepot by hand. This will create a fire risk and may
cause bodily injury and damage to your appliance.
