The fluid pressure is too

Increase the fluid pressure above 15 psi

Disassemble and clean the valve

too high
Decrease the fluid pressure
The dispense tip gauge is
too large Replace the dispense tip with a smaller
size tip

The fluid pressure is set
too low
Increase the fluid pressure
The dispense tip gauge is
too small Replace the dispense tip with a larger
gauge
Air bubbles in
fluid
The valve is not properly
purged Point the valve up and cycle it until
any air bubbles are removed

Diagnose and repair
