Getting started

 

„

Power On/Off                                                                                                       

z

Turning the camera On/Off 

    Press the Power button to turn on the camera. 

    Press and hold the Power button for one 

second to turn off the camera. 

z

This camera is equipped with a power saving function. When the 

camera stays idle for a preset period, it automatically powers down to 

save battery power. (Please refer to "Power Saving" on page 12.)

Mode Switch                                                     

 

z

There are three modes provided by this 

camera: [Record Mode] for taking still images, 

[Movie Mode] for recording video and 

[Playback 

Mode] 

for reviewing captured 

photos and videos (including sounds). 

z

Slide the Mode Switch from left to right to switch to "Playback Mode", 

"Movie Mode" and "Record Mode" sequentially.

Using the 5-way Scroll Button                                                                           

z

Confirm - press the 5-way scroll button to confirm the selection. 

 

 

 

z

Up and Down – move the 5-way scroll button up and down to locate the
