Format of the photo and video’s and reading out the device:
The pictures are taken in. JPEG format and videos in. AVI format.
Users can read out photos and videos to their PC via the supplied USB cable.
The USB port is located on the bottom of the device, next to the Micro SD card slot.
Battery:
If the monitor LED flashes regularly (approx. 1 time per 3 seconds) which alert low battery, please charge timely.
Camera not connected:
After pressing the preview key, and it shows device is not ready, failure etc. It may be due to the FPC cable is not connected with the monitor
properly or destroyed. Please connect the FPC cable again. If it is still inoperative please double check the connection. Otherwise the cable is damaged and
you have to change the cable ore outdoor device.
Insert the memory card:
If you want to take a photo and / or video and the device indicates "insert memory card".
This means that there is no micro SD card inserted or incorrectly.
Without Micro SD card, you can not take pictures. If its still inoperative, please change the card.
Param error:
If you receive the message, param error. Please check if the FPC cable is connected well.
If you want to format your SD card, and you get this error message, please set the device back to the factory settings.
Maintenance and cleaning:
Regularly check the technical safety of the product, e.g. check the housing for damage.
If it seems that it may no longer be possible to operate the device safely, stop using the product and protect it from unintentional use.
It is likely that safe operation is no longer possible in the event that:

The device shows signs of visible damage

The device no longer works correctly
Clean the device with a clean, dry cloth. The cloth can be dampened with lukewarm water if the dirt on the monitor is hard to remove..
Prevent moisture to entering the device, the outdoor device is splash resistant, but the LCD monitor not. Exposure to moisture may cause malfunction.
