Installing and Connecting the Unit
This section describes how to install and connect the unit and includes the following sections:

3.1
Installing the Unit
The unit can be installed inside an equipment room on a regular shelf or in a rack. When installing the unit,
make sure that:
It is securely tied down and cannot be easily dislodged
Operating temperatures are kept between the minimum/maximum allowed at all times
Proper ventilation is provided so that the air is free to circulate around the unit
The unit is protected from direct weather conditions (for example, sunlight, rain, dust, etc.)
Caution:
To avoid damage from overheating or unit failure, ensure that there is sufficient
temperature regulation to support the unit’s cooling/heating requirements. Ambient
operating temperature should be kept within 0°to 50°C (32° to 122°F), with no more than
95% non-condensing humidity.
