Route output sequentially to the corresponding input.

This command is used for HDMI Hot-Plug-Detect, when an HDMI signals is
detected, the resulting hot-plug detection instantiates a start-up communication
sequence. Output 01 and 02 are for local output (HDMI), Output 03 and 04 are for
remote output (HDBT)
