Tap Changer mode
All columns are the same except the following:
- Resistance 1
: the measured resistance (R)
- Ripple
: the measured current ripple in percents
- The results in other columns, which are not relevant to the Tap changer mode, are zeros.

Clear the table
Erase all data from the main menu board.

Settings
This option is used for setting parameters of the tap changer. RMOWin-T5 enables recording current
values when changing the tap changer positions and plotting the recorded values.
If this function is not needed, please check the option "Do not use graphing function". If this function is
needed, leave it unchecked.
Total taps:
The number of tap positions, excluding nominal positions. This could also be interpreted as the last tap
position number.
Direction:
It means the direction of changing the tap positions.
Nominal positions:
It means whether the tap changer has nominal positions or not.
Nominal positions type:
It is the type of nominal positions.
Motor drive or manual cranking: means of changing the tap changer positions.
Advanced
Advanced settings for the tap changer graphic function. These settings are recommended for advanced
users.
Ripple detection:
Setting for detecting the current change in percents, during the tap changer positions change.
Steady state detection:
Setting for detecting the current stabilization after the tap position changed. After the current
stabilization, the current diagram is shown for the previous tap changer positions.
