Assembling the handtruck
1. Push a spacer 8.onto the left and right of the wheel axle (see
Fig. B
).
2. Put a washer 7. onto each side of the wheel axle after the spacer (see
Fig. B
).
3. Push the wheels 4. to the right and to the left on the wheel axle (see
Fig. B
).
For the wheels, ensure that the side with the ball bearingis facing inwards.
4. Put a washer onto each side of the wheel axle (see
Fig. B
).
5. Fix the individual parts onto each side using a split pin 6. (see
Fig. B
) and bend

the
split pins in such a way that they are prevented from slipping out.
6. Push the adjustable stay 2. forwards and at the same time pull the frame 3.

upwards using the handle 1. until it engages (see

).
7. Fold the carrier plate 5. down (see
Fig. D
).

Using the handtruck
1. Tip the handtruck slightly forwards and push the carrier plate 5. under the load or
pile the load with the centre of the load on the middle of the carrier plate.
2. Tip the handtruck towards you in such a way that the load lies against the frame
3.of the handtruck and that the handle 1. is at hip height.
3. Hold the handle tightly with both hands and push the handtruck forwards.
Cleaning and storage!
Risk of damage!
Failure to clean the handtruck properly may result in it beingdamaged.
− Do not use any cleaning products containing solvents, acetic acid or which are
caustic or abrasive.
− Only use soft cloths to clean the handtruck and do not use scratchy sponges,
brushes or similar.
− Clean the handtruck with a damp cloth and, if necessary, a little mild soap.
Storing the handtruck
− Store the handtruck in a dry and well-ventilated place.
− Keep children away from the handtruck.

instructions carefully.
This particularly applies to the safety instructions.
The aluminium handtruck will be referred to below only as: “handtruck.” Failure to
observe these assembly instructions may result in severe injury or damage to the
handtruck.
The assembly instructions are based on the standards and regulations in force in
the European Union.
When abroad, you must also observe country-specific guidelines and laws!
Retain the assembly instructions and the till receipt.
