Terms of use of specialist information:
(1) The licensor is liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
This also applies to vicarious agents.
(2) The licensor is liable without limitation for warranties.
(3) For ordinary negligence, the licensor shall be liable limited to the
contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
(4) The licensor is not liable for damages that are not to be expected to occur
within the scope of the license agreement.
(5) The licensor is not liable for loss of profit, for damages resulting from the
claims of third parties against the licensee and any other resulting
